I love using Google Alerts to track my life online. How many David Boles folk are out there in the world? Who is stealing my stuff? Sometimes, though, an alert brings good news that touches the heart and when I read this Google News alert on my iPhone, I was stopped:
I clicked through the link to find this wonderful story about the donation of our book -- Picture Yourself Learning American Sign Language, Level One -- to a local library in memory of Kendra Lennon.

Picture Yourself Learning American Sign Language by Janna Sweenie was given by George and Dianne Davis in memory of Kendra Lennon. Using a whole-body approach, full-color photographs, and a DVD to illustrate the proper way to form words and sentences, this beginning level book makes sign language simple and enjoyable to learn.

That's an excellent story, David. It's touching when something you create is used for good like this.
It was pretty humbling, Gordon. When I showed the dedication to Janna, she didn't know what to say for a moment. It was an excellent moment for us to know our book has meaning beyond us and beyond simple sales.
