Excelling in Hate: Rush Limbaugh Does Not Want You to Help Haiti

In the days since Haiti was rocked with terrifying earthquakes that may have killed more than 100,000 people and destroyed buildings and infrastructure, support has been pouring in from all over the world.

The response from the majority of the media has been that we need to reach out and help in any way that we can. I'm not sure why I'm even surprised at this point, but the reaction that came from Oxycontin Moron Rush Limbaugh was anti-humanitarian.

It is a sad fact that Rush Limbaugh despises the country of Haiti, ridiculing the appointment of former President Clinton as envoy.

I'm just gonna tell you, if I was named envoy to Haiti, I'd quit government. Envoy to Haiti? You can't even pick up a prostitute down there without genuine fear of AIDS.
Now he comes along and shuns an opportunity to ask his loyal dittoheads to help the struggling nation, and instead insists that we already do give aid to Haiti by paying income tax.

Stay classy, Mr. Limbaugh. On the plus side, he didn't say that they deserved it because they made a pact with the devil.

We know Limbaugh is being "provocative" just to poke people and to perk up ears -- but the fact that he has followers who live and breathe his words as gospel -- the idea that his hatred for people is international is just depressingly sad.

Too true, David. The comment on your facebook proves it quite well.

Gordon --

It is definitely a fascinating learning who chooses to follow and defend such a hateful man like Limbaugh -- who was so addicted to Oxycontin that he lost his hearing and had to have a Cochlear implant.

You'd think that demonic experience alone would humble him in the light of human frailties -- but the lesson of his own life is even lost on him.

Thanks for the link, David. :)

I wonder what compels him to say such hateful things sometimes.

I'm pretty sure it's still money.

Wow, I missed a lot of action while sleeping...Gordon -- thanks a lot for writing this! Will come back in the evening.

Thank you for reading it! :) Looking forward to seeing your followup :)

Some people just never learn, I guess Limbaugh is one of them.

"...a chip on the shoulder is a sure sign of wood higher up". Enough said.

Thanks again, Katha -- and I love the quotation!
